Add volume to soft, fine hair
Spray bouncing primer on the roots of soft hair to give it volume, body and an airy feeling.
 
Start with towel-dried hair 
 
Apply the Bouncing Primer at the roots and blow-dry. To enhance the volumizing effect, blow-dry from the ends of the hair up to the roots.
